The way we look at ourselves could be different from the way others perceive us. Clear communication helps us to enhance our self esteem and confidence. Effective communication tactics can help us to manage bosses, co-workers and staff. It can be also used to manage and supervise difficult people.

Ms. Ananthy Sankaran
holds a B. Econs.
(Business Administration) and Masters Degree in Civilization Studies (M.A.Civilization)from University Malaya. She is also a HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) certified trainer.
